Returns and Refunds Policy

When you place your Order on BisharaEstores.com we intend to professionally fulfil your requirement.

Returns or Replacements or Refunds for any items purchased from BisharaEstores.com can be claimed subject to our Returns/Refunds/Replacement Policy as follows:

1.     You are eligible to Return the Product for a Refund/Replacement only if the Product purchased is found to be faulty immediately on arrival or if the product fails to perform as per the manufacturer’s standards.

2.     Please note that the Refund/Replacement request must be made within 15 days of receipt of the goods. Failing this, Refunds/Replacements will not be possible and the Product will be repaired under our Warranty terms.

3.     Refund/Replacement purely for the sake of convenience, or because the purchaser changes their mind after making the purchase, is not allowed. Please therefore be very careful to check your requirements before making the purchase/payment.

4.     If BisharaEstore.com is unable to fulfil the order within10 days from the order date a refund may be claimed.

5.     If products are lost or damaged in delivery a refund may be claimed. Please note that if the packing carton is found to be damaged on arrival at the customer’s location, then collection from the Courier must be refused.

6.     In the case of Bundled offers, all the included items will need to be returned for a Refund, if eligible.

7.     We will refund the delivery charge in full, where delivery is charged for separately, only if the product is received faulty or damaged and you claim the refund within 7 days and return all products ordered at the same time. If you choose to keep some of the products, delivery charges will not be refunded.

8.     All items for Return/Refund/Exchange must have their complete original outer and inner packaging and all included manuals and warranty card and any other supplied documentation available for collection. No exchange or refund will be considered without this.

9.     If collection of the item is required from your location, please provide your full address and Contact details. Collection will take between 7 to 10 working days and collection charges will apply depending on the collection location. Collection will only be made from within the Capital Area, Seeb, Maabela, Al Khoudh and Al Amerat and not beyond.
