When you buy from we intend to professionally fulfill your requirement. Returns or Replacements or Refunds for any items purchased from are subject to our

Returns or Refunds or Replacement Policy as follows:

1.     You are eligible for a Refund only if the Product purchased is found to be faulty immediately on arrival or if the product fails to perform as per the manufacturer’s standards.

Please note that the Refund request must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Failing this, Refunds will not be possible and the Product will be repaired under our Warranty terms.

2.     Refund or Return or Replacement purely for the sake of convenience is not allowed if a purchaser changes their mind after making the purchase. Please, therefore, be very careful to check your requirements before making payment.

3.     A part-refund or like-for-like replacement can be claimed if the Product fails within the warranty period and is non-repairable.

4.     If Bishara is unable to fulfill the order within10 days from the order date.

5.     If products are lost or damaged in delivery. Please note that if the packing carton is found to be damaged on arrival at the customer’s location, the collection from the Courier must be refused.

6.     Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the Promotional Offer.

7.     In the case of Bundled offers, all the included items will need to be returned for a Refund.

8.     We will refund the delivery charge in full only if the product is received faulty or damaged and you claim the refund within 7 days and return all products ordered at the same time. If you choose to keep some of the products, delivery charges will not be refunded.

9.     All items for Return/Refund/Exchange must have their complete original outer and inner packaging and all included manuals and warranty card and any other supplied documentation. No exchange or refund will be considered without this.

10.  Toner, Ink Cartridges, Photoreceptor Drums, Printer Ribbons and P-Touch Tapes purchased separately, can only be returned for a refund within 3 days of purchase and only if they are unopened and unused and in their original packing.


Returning a product for Refund.
Contact Bishara Customer Services @ 24794814 and provide all purchase details, the problem details and the reasons for seeking the refund and provide the date of receipt of the items.

A.    You will be given a reference case number and directed to take your items to the nearest Bishara Service Center.

B.    If the collection is required, please provide your full address, etc. There could be a delay of up to 5 working days for collection and collection charges will apply.

C.    Make sure all original packaging etc. is available as per point 9 above.

D.   Refund settlement will take place after the returned product has been received and we conduct quality tests to ascertain the reasons for the problem. This procedure normally takes 10 days. 3 business days are needed to complete the refund. Please be aware that sometimes the refund will not show on your Credit/Debit Card account until the next statement cycle is issued from your bank.

E.    Nothing in our returns policy affects your consumer rights.
